 Vessels can be heated in a number of different ways.  This module will

 deal with indirect heating. In these systems, the heat is transferred across

 a heat transfer surface. The optimal outer radius was obtained by several 

 simulations on the tank with different outer radius of the heater , and the

 required heating surface and diameter of the coil pipe were also calculated.

 AWWA D103-09 specification code.  in this calculation we have shell design , roof design,

 wind Girder ,bolt design and  anchor bolt design.

 sheet material is zincalume and A36 structural material. All the design done

 I am using AS 2304 specification code.  in this calculation we have structural 

 design actions , seismic design, wind buckling ,bolt design and  anchor bolt design.

 All the design done by AS 2304.

In this calculation we are going to design FOUNDATION WELD CALCULATION, 

for that I am using following inputs (partial factor = 1.25, ultimate tensile 

strength=460 Mpa, effective length of side part of fillet weld=150mm, 

thickness of thinner connected part=21mm, width of the connected part=308mm).

 A pressure vessel is considered as any closed vessel that is capable of 

 storing a pressurized fluid, either internal or external pressure, regardless

 of their shape and dimensions.it is a container designed to hold gases or

 liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure.

 The fluid being stored may undergo a change of state inside the pressure

 veesel.in this calculation material selection is major factor to design the

 vessel. May properties affect the vessel due to high pressure or liquid. 

 The internal design pressure is 49.783psig when used in the pressure

 calculation this is the MAWP. The internal radius is 59.055in,the 

 allowable stress is 17100psi,longitudinal joint efficiency is 0.85.the

 thickness of O/D based the same properties is included.

 nozzles that are more susceptible to fluid leakage than welded nozzles.

 dimension are considered during calculation. Here we differentiate 

 nominal diameter of carbon steel and alloy material. It is used to

 direct the heat transfer fluid from one end of the heat exchanger  to the
